Need some help with my signature pic

I created a picture for my signature, but its obviously too big. Is there anyway to resize it without making it look all blurry and squashed down??

i dont mind the honesty....what dont you like about it though, im open to constructive criticism.

remove the rear of the car from that pic, put the car a lil more sideways, turn the camera angle a lil to the left, and put a bit more of a background in there, that should work some magic
