I was just curious. A friend of mine in Colorado says he got some and I cant find any reviews on them

They are made by Toucan Industries. AKA Ractive products.

Evotion springs are decent, not the best. Fairly priced i have to say.

I would stick with the name brands, Tein, Neuspeed, H&R, Eibach, etc etc.

No.
They are alright.
I just dont know anyone with Preludes with those Springs.
I know a few Accords with those springs, but they're just not as special as us.

Know what i mean?

lol all too well. I still dont understand putting money into an accord. No matter what you do, it still looks like a "family" car

I know how you are thinking.
Dont think like that.

Everyone has thier own tastes, goals and ideas.
We're human.

I like Cb7 Accords a lot.
H22 is almost a direct drop in those engine bays.
One minute you look, the next minute they are ahead of you like 2 cars.

Sleeper style.

But yes, Accords are nothing like a Prelude.
No other Honda is like a Prelude.
Other Honda's use OUR h22's.
Then they hate on the Lude saying it's "heavy."
Personally, i would rather be in a Prelude than the mainstream Civic or Integra, cars which ive previously owned and hated driving.

...back to topic now :)
