Signature help

Can someone please help me on how to import a picture file from "photo impression" as my signature.....i have a good photoshopped pic of my ride but im having trouble importing/resizing. Thanks!

I dont have the picture online though, it is just on my documents on my computer, so there is no link.

well then... it needs to be hosted somewhere. i have a brain fart at the moment. can't think of any photo hosting sites.
