I bought her August 27, 2005 at about 6:00 PM. It took me a long time to fially name her, but I decided her name is Melissa. EVERY girl I go out with gets irritated cause I pay more attention to a spec of dirt on Melissa than I do the chili all over the girl's face. They just don't understand what it's like to be a Luder!

Ok, the wiper is back to normal. It got on my nerves. But I'l leave it in my mods since that's whats show in the picture. Imma try to get an engine bay shot since I cleaned most of the mud out from under it.

Nice looking car mate. AND despite what they say, I like the single wiper mod. Looks like a race car... And a comprehensive list of future mods is always a good thing to have. Even if I doubt that things will go the way you plan, because they never seem to.

Yeah I need new pics cause the car is pretty diffrent now. Driving the car, the single wiper got annoying after 2 days so I set it back. I doubt I'll ever get all that but I'm sticking as closely to it as I can. Here's the link for temporary current pics.

how would a black paint job look with Carbon Fiber parts (hood/trunk) and a white engine bay

versus

repainting my frost white car white to freshin it up with a CF hood and trunk and maybe some 16" bronze rims

Personally, I don't like black and carbon fiber together. It looks like 2 shade of black or something and just doesn't fit. I'd repaint the car white, OEM carbon fiber hood, and bronze 16" rims. Remember, black and red are the 2 most expensive colors, next to chamileon and those off-the-wall colors. It cost even more to change the color of a car since you have to paint in the door jams and all that stuff.The cheapest estimate I've gotten is $2,500 for my car. Most are around $3K though.

O could someone photoshop those rims on the lude below so you all and I can get a better ideal of how they'll look on the car? Below isnt a pic of my car but i don't want to use the pic I currently have since the fenders and bumper are primered black. Besides once painted it will look pretty close to the one below. Maybe make the hood black to represent the oem cf hood that I have, blacken the headlights to represent the black 1pc jdm's I have and drop it a bit so it all looks hot since I'm dropped. Wow I'm asking alot! Thanks to whoever actually does this for my dumb ass. Photoshop and I don't get along :biggrin:

I got the same headunit hehehe....:tongue: and the LED mod should be interesting, I'm doing it myself too back and front turn signals and taillights, for the signals I already know what I'm using but for tails I can't make up my mind, I was looking retrofitting from another car like the rounds on the new RL's, they also sell a nice round panel for school buses which is very affordable and would look nice, but don't know how much light could be seen thru our red plastic tail also. I'll update averyone when I tackle this project in the summer.

nice job on the front bumper lights.. i recommend getting some clear coat... it helped mine out a lot and made them shiny. did you do the back lights like you wanted??

Yeah. I really messed them up though. I just blotted it all on instead of layers. Now hardly any light shines through. I guess I just need to get the black housed front lenses and just leave the back ones black since I took the bulbs out of them anyway. I got my JDM lights on yesterday. I'll post pics after I wash the car but it's supposed to rain all weekend so yeah... I'll prolly just hose it down for some shots.

That's probably gonna be the last thing I do. I wanna get it fast first, then the few cosmetic things and fresh paint. After that, it's the wheels and then a drop. I figure, it's a Prelude, the handling is already superior to most cars in stock form but it's definately something I wanna do. I'm prolly gonna go for a 2" drop, as if I don't already bottom out enough.
