See the last owner did the swap but I think he might have missed something, my H22A is out of a 1997 JDM Prelude which would be OBD2 and would come with saturated injectors, someone correct me if i am wrong but I think he might have thrown those injectors in there or maybe even threw the puny H23 ones in there cause my car doesn't run right.

Anyways I have included two pics of one of the injectors, they say KEI HIN on one side and then there is a "model #" on the other side in very small writing which says 6KU3 can someone please identify it for me? I am running OBD1, car is in sig.

Thanks a million,
ididdy

I cleaned the model off a little better and its 6KJ3 for the "model number" on the side of the injector looked like a U before lol

I have been there already I try to figure stuff out myself before I post, trust me. I really need to know if these are the correct injectors so I know if I should just have these cleaned up or buy new ones. So google that lol j/p

The OBD2 VTEC came with 240cc saturated injectors and the OBD1 VTEC came with 345cc peak and holds. I'm guessing it's K"N"3, not KJ3. Cause I see no KJ anything from Keihin. This is all the info I could find, nothing is difinitive. If you compute the resistance levels you can figure out if they're saturated or peak and hold. That's pretty much the best I got. If you didn't swap out the ECU, for some odd reason, I guess your ECU could still be set for running peak and holds, not saturateds. However I would assume you swapped the ECU with the engine swap. I would say replace all your injectors with new saturateds and tune or replace your ECU. My .02. Good luck.

UPDATE

So in all my searching I find that the way to tell the difference between saturated and peak and hold injectors is by checking their ohms of resistance. I checked mine and they are at just a little above 11 ohms which makes them saturated!!! aka the wrong injectors for my little OBD1 ECU!! So I sit here very happy to have figured this out and a little sad to have to part with a wad of cash for new injectors.

Thanks for the help,
Ira
