Suspension Set-up, let me hear ur thoughts on it.

okay so first things first, i have tried the search feature many many many times and on different forums, and i got a lot of useful information and sometimes too much information. im new here and i would really like some input on this setup, tell me what you think and give me some advice, im trying to do this on a small budget... i wanna lower my 5th gen as low as possible without running into problems... i wanna run Neuspeed Race Springs ($200) with a 2.5'' front drop and 2'' rear drop. with Koni Yellows ($130 front) + (130 back). also if you know where i can get them even cheaper then that let me know. again im really new to this so any info would help me alot. oh and im running 17'' tenzo Rs with 215/40/17 tires. and i dont have a lip kit. yet.

its a 130 each so it would be 260front and 260 back

I have only seen the rears sold in pairs for the Prelude and I think those were gabriels. Everything else I have seen is sold individually. Even Gabriels are sold individually for the front struts.

I've seen KYB's four way adjustables on eBay for like $340 and $27 shipping

Im running skunk2 springs with kyb gas.It sits pretty low.If your only looking to go low then I guess its fine but im ordering Neuspeed front strut bar,Suspension technique F&R Sway Bars,Tanabe Rear Tie Bar,Tanabe Front Tie Bar,Etc here in the next week to too which should make a nice ass suspension setup then once I sell my two sets of rims get some Tein SS suspension for like 1050.I would not suggest you just buy stuff to lower I believe suspension would have to be one of the more important things.
