6 1/2 new speaker wires, need help

I am installing some aftermarket 6 1/2's on the doors and I have some monster speaker wires to hook up to my amp. I was wondering if someone could help me out, I need to wire this cable through the rubber boot thing and down to the speaker. I am having trouble finding out how to do this. I have very little hand room to reach the rubber boot and I cant really see where inside the car the cables come out of. Oh I hope people have pictures :)
Oh and I have a 2000 Lude FYI
