'Soft' Rubber Wing on an SI

I saw a 2nd gen in the junkyard with like a soft wing on the trunk. Just wondering if its OEM and worth anything lol...like you can squeeze it and its rubber..

That looks exactly like mine. No its not rubber its some kind of foam. The paint chipped on mine and its a heavy duty foam.

nope heres the front ...i dunno what is wrong with it..could be anything..i would say a combination of problems and expensive repairs. or it was perfectly fine and got scraped because the owner was a jackass

ive seen like ONE second gen with that fin, scoop that up quick for someone, those seem to a little bit rarer because of age...

very rare. harder still to find one with no cracks. honda can still get them though theres not many left and they cost a ton. took me forever to find one in mint shape for mine, an i swear the next person who squishs mine is gunna get shot :biggrin:

yea i agree. there are 3 of them there right now...one is in the good motor section.

must be just were i live i see alot of second gens with that little truck lip on them i mean most of the second gens i see have them.

OEM, and not that rare. . . I guess there as common as you find 2gs around in your area. I personally see them often.
