I don't know where this should go so I'll put it here... I am not sure yet... but I may be importing a H22a (read why in the forced induction section) So I wanted to know who you guys use to import your Engines... any of the websites? cuz I live in the mid-west and there arn't any around here.
Thanks,
Marshall

Obviously.
But, considering your circumstances, I'd be in peril and not be able to think either if I were in your shoes. Hopefully you get something going though.

alright... sounds like that hmotors or what ever it is, is what im gonna go with... i got 3 questions... ill keep them short, and yes i know, im still not able to fathem the idea of searching these (i may have even asked them before, just answer them again)
1) will the h22 work with my f22 motor mounts?
2) will i need new shifter linkage
3) i have read that some jdm swaps require switching the motor from internal coil to external... or vis versa... since the h22 came standard in the prelude that shouldn't be necessary right?
Thanks guys,
Marshall
PS- if you wanna buy me a H22 ill be ok with that lol just kidding

idk about numero uno.
but #2: my h22 that i got from hmotorsonline came with shift linkage attached
#3: i dropped my h22 in, hooked everything up, got new oil and coolant, then fired it right up! :)
idk about 4th gens though but i am sure it should work, make sure you get more answers than just me though!
i hope i helped some

#1) they should and if not something is wrong
#2)no you wont. are you buying the tranny also or just motor
#3)the jdm h22 comes with an internal coil. you can swap to the external but you will need a new dizzy. but you do not have to change over

thanks... im plannning on getting there complete change over kit... its like motor,tranny,ecu,clutch/flywheel.... yada yada yada.... heres a question again... is the LSD option worth 300 bucks?

its up to you man. it would be nice but its 300 more. so i guess its what you want out of your car. now if you had a the f22 tranny you would have a sick top end but wouldnt be as quick and also get some good gas cuz your rpm's would be lower on the highway
