i don't think the poll is working but i just want to get your opinion on what colour to paint my callipers. i'v been painting alot of my friends callipers lately and i'v decided it's time to do the same to my prelude because it badly needs it!!

i want to keep it fairly dark so the colours i am thinking of are either satin black, dark metallic red (nothing like brembo red) or granada black pearl metallic (the same colour as the car) but i can't decide which would look best so thats where ye come in

here is a pic of my baby for those of you who don't know it:

Poll up...

I think you should do what Rory did and polish the calipers...

ya that looks class :scratchchin:

the only thing is, would it be too shiney for my lude since there isn't really anything that shiney and chromey on my car...

a nice touch of red would also look good

red will stick out like a sore thumb
satin black will look like you forgot to clear them or dont know how
grandadedsdasdkjf black will show you kno what your doing and yoru not a fool who went to autozone and bought a spray can to make it look like you have performance brakes when you have stockers. plus, only those who know honda's will know what you have TRUELY done.

im against red because you have bronze and black, i dont think red fits in,
have someone do a photoshop rendering and take a good long look at all the choices

ya thats true, i was kind of pushing towards the granada black anyways because i love that colour and i will have to get loads of it anyway for when i respray the car  and i definately don't want to make it look like i have performance brakes because that would look stupid, thats one of the reasons for wanting a dark colour

if anyone wants to photoshop them work away because i haven't a clue how to

I say paint them silver or the same color as your wheels.

I voted black but now that I think about it paint them red.

I would polish or paint them red the others would just blend in to much unless that is the look you want.

I think red will accent those wheels nicely, a good constrast you know. If I could I would do mine red instead of the odd light blue they are.

looks like satin black is out of the question so ha, suits me fine because thats my least favourite, i don't think silver will go with the wheels and it would be impossible to get a bronze made up the exact same colour as the wheels even though it would be cool if i did!
i don't want anything that will stand out too much, i just want to make them cleaner and newer looking
