Photoshop my car?

I don't have PS anymore so I was wondering if someone here could photoshop my car?

I want to see what it would look like with a black paint job and blue underglow.

My kit is Polyurethane FTW!
Thank goodness too! If it wasn't then I wouldn't have a front end anymore. Got stuck out in the mesa, tried backing out all the sand went under the front end and pushed it to where it was almost on top of the hood! Nothing happened other than the holes being stretched out and the bolts flying off.
