Who would be interested in a photography sub forum? Does anybody know enough to be of any use?

Seems like a logical extension since we all seem to love taking pictures of our cars, and some of us (like myself) need a bit of help in that department.

interesting idea. i'd def like it, but i wonder how much traffic it would get and how much use it would be to people. like i only have a digi cam that i can only put in semi-manual mode, so i can't mess w/ alotta options.

i know jen and rory are reallyyy into photography, and would be some major contributors to this section.

sound like a good idea. Could have all kinds of tip to getting the good shots. I do have a cannon 35mm with all kinda of setting but don't know how to use it :)

Possibly. I've been looking for a decent photography forum to join up with because I'm a really crappy photographer, and really want to know how to get the best out of my trusty S3 Canon. Since I can't seem to find one worth joining, I figured why not see about starting a bit up on here, since I"m on here all the time anyway.

While the brands and model numbers change, the principals are still the same. Full auto, semi-auto (is that like sports shift cameras?) full manual, DSLR, etc al, the little adjustments all make the same sort of difference.

If it's a popular idea, do you think it's feasable E? We could always just delete it in six months time if there's no traffic...

i like the idea. i had 2 photography classes in high school but that is it lol. #1 dont put power lines in your pictures!

yeah dwends got the right idea. i think a sub forum would be good, explaing how to take a good picture and showing them. i love looking at pics of other peoples preludes on this site so i like the idea

Sure Colin. It's not hard. Just over time, nobody's every posted much other than their cars. We have a couple of vacation threads and such but that's about it.
