5th Gen Seats

Hey, I'm kinda in the market for some 5th Gen. seats.. but not just any seats..
I have the basic cloth seats.. but Ive noticed that some Preludes came with leather seats.. any idea of where to look for those? and/or what year/ model they came off of?

I always see some on ebay, but with shipping I don't think it's worth it. Try craigslist?

Leather was an optional extra throughout the model run. Some dealers also had demonstrator cars retrimmed to move them quicker, which is why you find two or thre different types of leather seat.

Though if you want something different you'll be dissappointed, they are exactly the same seats, just trimmed in a different fabric. If you really want leather, then just find a trim shop and have them retrim your seats. It would have to be cheaper.

taking my stock seats and retrimming them to leather is cheaper than just buying leather seats? lol i was thinking it was the opposite.. but neways thanks for the help guys!!

Quite possibly. You may be able to find decent quality leather seats for reasonable money, but don't set your heart on it - be open to the other alternative. In reality there may not be much of a cost difference at all.
