Intermidiate shaft bolt pierced thru. Possible damage ?

So story short my clutch died on my way to work and got it replaced in a shop close by to save towing since they offered free pick up ... 3 months passed and last friday el cheapo release bearing they used came completely apart.

Heres my problem in the process of removing the intermidiate shaft as soon as i removed the bottom bolt oil started shooting just like if i would of removed the oil drain plug..

They used the wrong bolt and pierced what kind of damaged has been done? I doesnt leak at all once bolt is in but im wondering if it pierced coolant passage aswell or did it just went straight into oil... There's no oil coolant mix in either side so far.

I put it all back together it ut was hard to get it to start. oil light started flickering at idle or every time i got to a stop or red light. Increasing rpm to about a 1000 light turns off if not it will stall.. Going to test oil pressure tonight, also found my grounds that bolt to thermostat looked like they were pulled about to break. Hoping its just a bad ground.

Any input would be greatly appreciated
