Re: Suspension question/Spring Rates, etc.

I currently have USDM spec Tein Superstreets but I was about 5 mins from pulling the trigger on the Koni/GC combo before the Tein's came up, had them for like 5 years now with no problems and they hold up pretty well on the track. Given my time over again I'd certainly go the Koni/GC way though since the Tein's are a little under-dampened for my needs, I'm currently looking at throwing the 2kg heavier springs in the front and back (that Tein allow without re-valving) to try and reduce my epic body roll but I suspect it won't make that much of a difference.

You'll have to be careful when choosing what to go with though, many manufacturers for some reason exclude the SH from their parts list, GC do not but Koni do. AFAIK there is no difference in the SH suspension except for minor differences to do with the ATTS, but there are many SH owners running Koni's. Maybe someone with more experience with the SH *cough* Bykfixr *cough* can help.
