1999 Honda Prelude Coolant Bypass SAFE???

Tell me what you guys think....seems logical but dont wanna break my car. I live in missouri so our winters are commonly down to 10 or so degrees fahrenheit and summer is mid 90's with tons of humidity. It says its for people in states where it doesnt exceed below 32 degrees but I could swap it out before each winter. Let me know what you guys recommend. Thanks

you can do it and it wont hurt anything. i have mine bypassed and have no issues but then again i dont have 10 degree winters. you just have to make sure you plub the 2 ends on the valve that you bypass
