I'm a bit worried...

So, I go out and start my car. I notice that the idle sounds a bit different. I pop the hood, and theres like a rattling, clicking, stutter kind of noise coming from the proximity inbetween the dizzy and the intake manifold... maybe below the manifold. No noticeable difference in performance, but does anything come to mind?

89STD is on a distinguished road
If its an automatic then it sounds like it might be the flexplate, my grandprix did this not too long ago and it sounded like there were marbles bouncing around in the supercharger.

I'm gonna take it in probably on tuesday and have my mechanic take a look. I'm hoping he can fix it before it gets worse.
