Is that 19 lbs with tire mounted? Or just the rim? Where do you get your info from?

So according to that the S2000 rims are 13.3lbs? Would that be a good swap, from the Prelude base rims to the S2000 rims?

Also the tire size is different but the rims are both 16". Would that be a problem. I mean if one is wider (225 vs 205) I could just put that on the front and get more traction for acceleration. The difference in height I would assume has nothing to do with the rim, it's the tire, or is it? But are the rims a different width. Is that only the tire that's wider or is the rim also wider?

Stephers (99preludesh) is rolling on S2K rims, your best bet would be to ask her mate.

Um I would say yes. I have also heard people swapping out with an RSX type S wheels. I'm still trying to talk my brother out of his but he says he still uses the stock wheels on his RSX for winter driving.

I just saw this...

I am rolling all 4 front S2k wheels and I wish I would have done all 4 rears or 2 fronts and 2 reas, just because the backs are sunk in the wheel well a bit.

I have had no problem with the 205 55 16 tread on the tires, speedo isnt off and I didnt have to recalibrate it. They look hot in my opinion, not a huge change from the stock SH's but just enough to be noticed.

I do believe the front is 16" x 6.5", +55 offset, 205 tire

and the rear is 16" x 7.5", +65 offset, 225 tire

I found a guy selling 4 front S2000 rims for $600, seems like way too much.

yeah $600 seems kind of pricey for 4 fronts. But why not just find a set of 2 fronts and 2 rears so your rears arent sunk into the wheel well like mine?

I think the 65 offset would cause trouble with the inside of the wheel well. I've not heard of many people running a 7.5" wheel with offset bigger than 53 without trouble.

i think 4 rears would be pushing it in the front but the rear would be fine.

That site said the S2000 JDM (BBS) rims are 13.3lbs. The U.S. rims are 17.5 or 18.6lbs.
