check out the ASX's by kumho....very good tires, and i think they have good ratings on tirerack.com
I had them on for about 2 years, i really liked them. they were cheap, reliable, good in all weather conditions. the bad was that they dont last too long, and kinda get louder as they wear. But overall, a good tire in my book.

i have the p zero nero's on my lude with tein flex. i also have the same on my m3 with bilstein pss9. pirelli's are softer tires, more expensive, but i swear by them. before the zero nero's came out, i was using super sport (or something like that) on the lude. had good experience with them too. on both cars, the zero nero's last about 3 years for me.

I would stick with the yokohama s-drives. I just bought them for my prelude and they are killer. They are sticky(very), plus they have a 60k mile warranty. The toyo(Said to be the best brand)is not a good choice. I have seen them fall apart. I would heed caution on the kuhmos'. I had them on an accord I owned previously and I had to replace a total of 5 tires(belts always broke). Ever since, then I have sworn not to get kuhmos.

s-drives are good, but the thread starter is looking for all seasons and those s-drives are ultra high performance summer tires...i think these s-drives were the replacements for the yoko avs es 100's also.
As for the kumho's, i have owned 3 different sets and the ASX's were the best from my experience. I am running on AST's right now and they are also good. i did have another set, some 712's or some 7XX and they were horrible, very bad traction and i just felt unsafe driving with them in rainy weather. You didnt state which particular model from kumho u had. Not all kumho's are the same.
