Going to pick up my 2000 Prelude SH today! Pics inside!

Well after looking for a little while I noticed that most of the Preludes I came across for a good price were beat all to you know what. I looked at one 1997 SH that was all to pieces, oil leak, rear bumper misaligned, tail light had condensation, and trunk had condensation! I finally ran across a 2000 Prelude SH that was owned by a 69 year old woman. She has owned it since new and has all records of routine maintenance. The interior looks like it just rolled of the show room floor, sun roof works perfectly, paint is GREAT, and best of all, the car only has 59,000 miles! I ended up paying $10,500 for it, which is dead on blue book. I know that's high, but I don't mind paying that for something that has been taken care of! Here are a few of the pics she used to advertise with. I will have many more for you later today or tomorrow! I look forward to entering the Prelude world, as I have never owned ANY Honda! Any recommendations on stuff I should check over or maintenance that needs to be done around this mileage? Thanks for all your help and enjoy!

Damn bro... very nice pickup. It's worth every penny too. As far as maintenance goes, you'll probably wanna do the timing belt/water pump/tensioner in the next few years... I believe 80,000 is the recommended service interval for that.

nice pick up dude, worth every cent, especially in that great of condition. When i picked mine up it was $8,000, which was a little high for a 97 with 100k miles, but there was only 2 scratches on the exterior (yes, i counted) and the interior was absolutely perfect with the two-tone black and tan leather, so it was worth the investment. Good luck in the future with the car, keep us updated with everything!

preludes are worth every penny...i paid 8700 with 116k on it...a lil pricey but the blue book value was actually 9900...so its definately way worth it...

Yeah they surprisingly have a lot of leg room for the driver and front seat passenger... only car I've ever driven that I can't reach all 3 pedals if I'm back all the way...

Can't say the same about the back seat though =P

The actual name for the color is "Crystal Blue Metallic" so its actually a blue. The only actual color silver that was "Iceberg Silver" but it was only offered in the JDM.

satin silver metallic was another silver color offered but not in the year 2000. Only offered in 2001.
