Tranny problem? syncro? HELP ASAP

My 5th gen, which i did a 5 speed swap into less than 2000 miles ago, is kicking me out of third gear once its already engaged and clutch is fully released when accelrating hard, and sometimes it is hard to shift into 1st and 3rd (takes force), and sometimes it is smooth as butter. Also, it makes a knocking (not like an engine knocking-kinda sound though) that i can feel through the pedals in 1-3 gears.
is this the syncro going bad? if so, will this fix it (random guess) http://www.drivetrain.com/manual_kits/ask700.htm

please help i need to fix it to sell the car, i had the sale completed but then it started doing this and the guy understandably backed out

HELP ASAP! thanks

solved, shift linkage for bad shifting, some loose shields for vibrating/knocking sounds

well the closest i got was a guy fresh back from iraq, previous 5th gen owner, final test drive with money in hand it started shifting bad, so he backed out, so hopefully now itll go :D if i dont sell though, i bought a pioneer in dash with nav to make it moe enjoyable so its either way for me, i dont care one way or the other
