I wouldn't recommend removing your headlights unless you absolutely must. The front bumper must be removed in order to get the headlights out.

Taking the numper off is a pain, but it's not hard. Getting it back on is a little harder. What do you hope to achieve with getting the headlights out? There's a how to in the how to section on polishing headlights, and even better, it doesnt' require them to be removed.

...i think you may have to take the fenders off? unless you have some glue and fee like pulling the rubber peice connected to the plastic off and reconnecting it later...

To get the plastic windshield piece off, take the wipers off and then it just pops out if I remember correctly. You have to take the rubber strip off the front of it but it goes on and off easily.
Had to take mine off to paint it since it was faded to the point that no amount of Black Magic would return it. The paint looks much better anyway.

As far as the wiper line goes, it depends on where it came off. You can probably just take the left front tire off and peel back the fenderwell and fix it. I completely removed all of that stuff from my car and that's all I did.
