What to buy?

So i finally scrounged enought money from from my meager high school cash flow and i have around $200 of buying power. My car is completely stock and i am stuck between either an aem short ram or megan headers? What do you guys think and why?

get something carb legal so cops wont hassel you..., power wise a intake or header wont make much a difference but up the noise on v-tec and maybe add 0 to 3 hp. Maybe save up a little longer so u can spend it on something a little better
