Head unit is easy, took me longer to solder the harness than to install it. You'll either need a kit or some glue to reuse the pocket. The pocket is screwed onto the original head unit. Also the opening is kind of big, so you'll need to use your trim ring to make it look right, my stereo came with some little adapters that attach with the front mounting screw (on the side) and have little fingers to hold the trim ring.

I will be adding an amp, sub and new speakers when it warms up a bit. It looks fairly easy. The hardest part is probably the door wiring if you don't want to use stock.
