Do u have a 5th gen? if so... I used to have a 97 lude before the 99 that i have now and the drivers seat was definetly lower on the 97, now i dont know if it was because the 97 had a **** load of miles so the seats were down to basically nothing. So maybe the 97 seats are slightly lower than the newer ones but im not sure, you might wanna check that out, I think the 97-98 are different than the 99-01's. Im 6'4 so i notice the smallest difference in head room, and in my 97 there was considerably more head room. I dont know if that helped but its just my $.02

Heck they are pretty low already, I can barely reach my hand in there to get the stuff I drop under my seat and running a vacuum forget it. Well not a serious answer but I guess if you want to really lower it by a great deal. Take the seat off the tracks and find where you want the seat and weld the seat straight to the floor. Like I said not a serious answer but I can't imagen the seat any lower I own a 97. I would try what donepps suggested and maybe find some 97 seats to throw in.
