climate control leds

im getting ready to order leds for my gauges and also want to do the climate control leds...are they the same ones...and is the installation similair to the write up for changin the guage colors in the write up section? thanks

changing the LEDs for the climate control is different than the gauge cluster. It took me about 3-4 hours to do my gauge cluster the correct way and not half assing it by just buying the twist LED bulbs. As for the climate control, those usually take me about 1-1.5hrs to do. I've done several of those for people. Here's how the end results are

i also want to do this to my guages, climate control, and the other controls. i saw the write up on the gauges and it doesn't seem to hard. is there a write up on how to do the other ones? i really need to do this since i installed my gauges (colbalt). thanks in advance

Thanks, I'm glad you like the idea that I have going. I have some haters out there who think it's a waste of money, but they're just saying that cause they don't have the skills nor the time to complete one themselves. I should have it completely done in a few weeks.

where do you find a write up for this...hey, I have an idea but have no idea if it would work? I wanted to take out whatever lights lit up my gauges and replace them with LED strips controlled by a module that allows it to change colors (made by StreetGlow) so whatever color I want my actual gauges I could do so...not sure of the overall set up of EL gauges or how they look but I really want to do this

is they're a write up on how to do it for a 93 4thgen cluster not the EL guages..
