Squeal!!!!!!!!!

So I have a squealing coming from my drives side and it usually only happens when I drive through a puddle, not that I try to find puddles but it's Oregon. It def sounds like a belt that needs to be tightened...but why does it only happen when there is a puddle involved???? Anyone have this happen or have any insight as to why or what????
~Thanks

thats because you have to much power to your wheels.... lol... but ditto on the dry rotted part.. if not though, they could just need to be tightened. it may cause a problem later on... to where they consistantly slip... not just when you hit puddles, but on start up or acceleration... or even all the time. fix the problem now before it becomes to late and they break on ya and you either have no power steering or your stuck on the side of the road because your alternator belt breaks.

Yeah, maybe try some belt dressing or replace your belts. If you recently put new belts on then you may have to tighten them out a little bit due to stretching.
