T-belt if it hasnt been replaced lately, water pump, oil pump, depending on if the coolant was done on time through it all, possibly a new rad, new alt, fuel pump, fuel filter, clean all the intake side of things, new hoses, replace the exhaust, build up the internals if youd like ie cams, rockers, retainers, springs, etc.

I think Autozone has engine rebuild kits, be prepared its exspensive. Should have all the gaskets and stuff you'll need for the job, plus too replace what was mentioned in the earlier post as well. You may even what to replace some suspension parts as well. tie rod ends, bushings, struts and springs. If you really what to add some performance I would say buy some low compression pistons and some high performance connecting rods and bring that 10:1 down to around 8.5:1 or 9:1 compression ratio and boost (turbo) it. Maybe go with some Skunk 2 Turbo Stage 2 cams and a whole new valve train.
That should get you rolling. (easy enough if you have 10 grand lying around)
