On our headlights there's a high beam, low beam, and a third bulb. I've never seen this third bulb illuminate.
When does it turn on? What position does the headlight switch need to be in? Does it blink with the turn signals or hazard lights?

I had the negative and positive terminals reversed. If you know how to delete a post please tell me so I can take this down.
