ACCORD MANUAL TRANS DIFFERENCE

Had my cv axle flop up and down in trans so final drive gear is shot. Got an accord f manual trans and car is not fast off line anymore? Also theres one bolt on lower bell housing that goes below engine block .Still bolts up perfectly Anyone know gearing on them? 1999 Base prelude.

Re: ACCORD MANUAL TRANS DIFFERENCE

The accord tranny was geared for fuel mileage. Some used to speak of using accord 4th and 5th gears so their Prelude could reach around 200mph.

There are charts and graphs around here somewhere but I purged my brain of all my Prelude know how to make room for bridge inspector know how.
