Rpm idle

I was wondering if anyone has this problem and way to fix this. In the cold weather most of the time my car idle drop to 500 to 1000 rpm while it's sitting there and the engine shake and feel like the engine is going to die.

I went around and ask people and they told me to clean the egr.I went and took it apart and it was pretty bad looking, so i clean until there no gunk left. After everything was done the car start easier and the idle was fine now.

Mine is acting crazy too, I swapped the engine because I bought it with a blown #4 cylinder, once I put in the engine from a donor car it hasn't ran right since. It runs good until the idle starts bouncing. Does anyone know if you can just remove the air bypass controller when using a short ram intake? I am going to mess with the FIV and the IAT sensor today and see if they are A-OK then I guess I will take it from there. May hit up the EGR valve too. Anyhow, has anone had the problem with the bouncy idle, and sometimes stalling when the clutch is pushed in?
