Icon5 Prelude 97 H22A4 burning oil 200 miles drive 80 mph

Hello,

This is my 2nd post. I understand about using Google and even using search in forums and I've read about h22 burning oil in every 1000 to 3000 miles.

This however is different. I'm still currently diagnosing the issue and it's happening consistently:

I currently reside in Georgia (Macon or Robin's area) in Central Georgia. The only time I drive 70+ mph is to go to Atlanta or go South. Usually other 2 to 3 hours north or south.
With suburban or urban drives I don't notice any oil loss for many miles. But with every trip that I travel 70 mph for 200 is miles, I notice a significant loss of oil.
If the max dot is 100, and the min dot was 0, when I check my oil level after the round trip (400 miles), oil levels will have dropped to 75.

Is this excessive or normal?

I also don't feel my vehicle is at 200hp. Feels more like 165... And it seems my vtec doesn't engage....
I still believe maybe something in my tune up is off..

No CEL. No gauge indicators burnt out.
Swapped manual using auto harness.
Issue was apparent even with auto transmission.
Used 5w30, used 10w30 as well, both had similar results.
For sure no leaks. Cylinder head job, valve seals, valve cover gaskets brand new.
Oil pan gasket, oil sending unit, oil filter cooler Brand new no leaks.
No leaks upon inspection around the engine or on the transmission. No leaks dripping down the vehicle from below.
No drops of oil on the floor.
No white or black smoke coming out exhaust. Usual carbon build residue.
Exhaust smells good.
Skunk 2 megapower
Walker catalytic carb compliant
Two pretty recently changed o2 sensors
P28 chipped ECU obd1 h22 mapped.
Aem short intake carb compliant

usually bad piston rings cause h22 oil burning
