New member FI/compression questions

Hey guys, new member here and i had a few questions. I just did a compression test on my 97(base) prelude with the h22a4. The readings came out as 180,175,175,175. My question is, is this a good enough compression to safely run a turbo at 7psi. And its all stock internals right now. I believe the honda says the nominal compression is 185, is this correct? Thanks for the help in advance, this is a great community.

those are VERY good compression numbers!!! you want all of them to be within 15% of each other, which they are

depending on what size turbo, and how good your tune is, then yes 7psi can be accomplished safely.

My plan is to run a t3/t4, like a greddy, or turbonetics kit, then have it tuned by a very reputable tuner in the area. What do you think? Its looking like its going to cost about $4000 for everything including ems, plus a little more for tuning. Does this sound about right? And while i have you what EMS do you suggest more, ive heard good things about the hondata s300, chrome, and the AEM ems.
