Bad Idle (High) (1,800 - 2,500)

Over time my idle has slowly been increasing.. I think its a vacuum but i have no idea how to figure out whats wrong. A few things-
1. It stared a month ago at about 1,500
2. It used to be too low but i fixed that by replacing fast idle valve and MAP sensor
3. I think its a vacuum because its only bad after the car is driven, at a cold start the car is fine but once i get out of my driveway it raises.
4. Its at 1,500-1,800 with my AC on but the car gets hot overtime with the AC so i dont run it. without AC it idles around 2-2500RPMs. It even was at 3000 once
5. The idle drop when i blip the throttle (weird to me lol).. like ill be sitting in traffic at 2,400RPs, blip the throttle up to 4k, piss some people off, and the idle drops down to 1,200 or so...
6. Its very rare because i fixed it with FIV but it has bouncy revs every now and then. I just shut off the car and restart and its fine again

I just dont know where to start because everything online Ive already done or they say the idle is too low. Ive tried adjusting the idle manually from the throttle body thing, but that did nothing to lower or raise it. I would appreciate any input!

- did you get oem map sensor? if not, please do since spare part replacement part sensors doesnt really work


you should check first idle problem thread, pretty much everything is there

- new distributor cap & rotor
- new air/fuel filters
- clean injectors/iacv/egr/fitv
- bleed the coolant
- new pcv
- adjust valves and ignition

- check does sensors work properly: map, iat and tps (and try calibrating tps)
- then check wires, connectors and hoses

check o2 sensors and vacuum/exhaust leaks (check all the seals - IM/header/TB gaskets, injector seals, maybe even buy valve cover gasket set...)
check timing. after that: double check timing

clogged cat might you give some trouble as well (usually when driving) - check cats condition

those are basic maintenance as well.
