I'm guessing I need a tune?

hey guys.i just joined tonight and just got done with my intro thread.sucks to have to be posting up a help me thread so quick but I was thinking its best to defer to more experienced ppl before I spend the money on something I don't need.

heres the problem:ive recently installed a skunk 2 intake mani and pro 68mm throttle body.its been a nightmare.for 4 days I Clint get car to stay at idle.it died immediately.ive taught myself everything mechanically since I've bought the car(yr ago) so I figured I musta done something wrong.i triple checked.everything was right.car still wld still hang around 100rpm then die.i have a obd1 chipped ecu nd thought we deleted the iacv.we didn't.i hooked it up and now the car will idle at 6-800rpm.but when I'm driving and let go of throttle it dips to 200rpm and wants to die then slowly climbs back to 600 or so.cars running very rough.reeks of gas.smoking pretty good.i have a AeM fuel rail and fPR so I dialed down the pressure from 48psi to 35.problem persists...overall car has lost power, can barely idle, and is def running rich as hell and just generally is worse off before this mod..when I did my ecu chip I just got a baseman and i have sense done a full exhaust, full msd setup, fuel rail, fpr, and mentioned intake mani and throttle body...do I just need a tune to get the car back to optimum running condition?

and pls don't suggest any air leaks, tps and map mixups.i have triple checked everything with the service manual and am extremely careful with every move under the hood.thx in advance for ur input!

stock header thats heat wrapped, to a test pipe with a tanabe hyper med muffler.its all really nice mandrel 2.5in piping as well.i have since concluded that it needs a tune.i booked a dyno session tomm at the record holding speed factory racing here in tac Washington.if we can't get it running right after that the thing is coming off for the euro r I have in parts stash..mods can close thread now unless u guys old like an update on how it goes after tune?

Re: I'm guessing I need a tune?

Apexi is pretty much waste of money.
And why test pipe when high flow cat is much smarter option
