Type SH Front lower control arm bushings

Hey everyone, my front lower control arm bushing that connects to the frame is completely shot. What is the best solution? Im tight with money right now so im trying to get it done without going to a shop. I called honda and they said it would be 49.99 for a new bushing and 150 to press it in. Is it worth going aftermarket to Energy bushings? Also If I was to go that route what energy kits work with the type sh?

Re: Type SH Front lower control arm bushings

ES bushings require greasing every once in awhile (I forget the exact recommended timeframe)

Honestly, if you can swing the factory parts and install price - do it. If not, go with ES and be sure the rest of the car has the suspension set properly as the ES bushings do not allow any preload to be set and will require the upper control arms to be adjusted as well as slightly alter the front ride height.
