Inner Fender Replacement

Our Prelude has a dented front passenger side fender. When it got bumped it was enough to crack the inner fender around one of the screws so I'll need to get a replacement. Once I get that off, It shouldn't be too much trouble getting the dent out. I've found after market inner replacements for $15-$30, and it doesn't look too complicated to replace. The only thing I can't tell for sure is if I'll need to partially unscrew or remove the center splash guard. It seems to overlap somewhat. Anyone have any experience with removing the inner fender?
