Weekend MX, Headlight Refinish, Fog Install

Hey guys,

The weather is getting better and I did some stuff with the Lude.

Very slowly fed some seafoam through the brake booster vac line, then I shut her off let it sit for 15min before restarting and taking it for a "spirited" drive. Tons of smoke!
Dumped half a bottle in with half a tank of 91oct.
She seems to run smoother, but it could just be in my head.
The CEL came on with P0132, P0500, and P0505. I cleared the codes and they haven't come back yet. The only one of concern was the VSS, hopefully it doesn't come back.

Then I refinished the headlights and turn signals.
500, 800, 2000 wet, 3000 wet, rubbing compound, sealer.

I installed some ebay fogs.
I would buy from THIS seller again. For under $50 you can't beat it. The fit wasn't the best and I had to cut off two connectors and affix 14-16ga male and female bullet connectors to use the stock wiring. I didn't use the provided switch bracket because the fitment was very poor. All that aside they do the job and I think they look great. I wired them to come on with the parking lamps.

Almost forgot, I installed clear side markers.

Enjoy the photos. (First photo is before doing anything)

Good work.
I'm never a fan of cutting factory connectors, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do.

Me either, that's why I cut the wiring on the ebay fogs and installed bullet style electronic connectors in order to utilize the prerun factory wiring.

Re: Weekend MX, Headlight Refinish, Fog Install

So the fogs are dead. I swapped the fuse for a know good fuse (fogs and tail lights are both 15), still nothing. I checked to see if the bulbs were getting power with multimeter, no power. I have a feeling its the relay. I'll update when I have more info.

Anyone have any similar issues?
