Only problem is In his Ad he said that it needs new Pistons
998 HONDA PRELUDE type SH, 105k mi, Vtec, 5 speed, AEM intake, DC headers, Apexi dual exhaust, DVD, system, lowered, molded body kit, needs pistons, $4,000 firm,
HOw much would it be to repair pistons or is it like a complete waste cause its to much?

dual exhaust is not good on 4cylinders. the pistons wont cost near as much as the labor. why does it need new pistons. there could be more to it than just that

I wouldn't buy it if I were you. You should try and find a prelude that hasn't been modified. Adding aftermarket parts doesn't increase the value of your car it decreases it. Also, the bodyit is molded so if it cracks it's gonna suck.

Why isn't dual exhaust good on 4 cylinders?
So you think i should look for a prelude that has no after market labor and performance parts?

It's pointless to have dual exhaust on a 4 cylinder if it didn't come with it. it's not adding any power just weight. I'm not saying not to purchase a car that has any performance parts but just be weary. Most people will get an intake and exhaust for looks/sound but if someone has upgraded pistons, cams, or anything like that, then it was probably used for racing. They probably ragged the **** out of the car.
