Bucking/Hopping when clutch is engaging. Please help.

Hey guys, so I've been stuck off the road lately with this problem. I was changing my O2 sensors and when I went to go drive it around the neighborhood all of a sudden from a dead stop the car seemed to hop. It's only when the clutch is engaging. Even if I rev the car up high and let the clutch out really slow it will still buck instead of engaging very smoothly.

I changed out the master and slave cylinder. I'm pretty sure I got all the air out of the lines. Also whenever I press the clutch down I can hear a squeak. It sounds like it could be the throwout bearing. When trying to shift its also hard to put into gear at higher rpms around 4500+

I really have no idea what could be going on. It only happens when engaging the clutch. Once the car is moving everything is fine.

How many miles on the clutch? Maybe the springs on the disc might be starting to show its age. Did it do that before changing out the o2 sensor?
