LMA Lost motion assemblies

I need some advice from someone who has replaced the LMA's in their 5th gen.
I found a good tutorial on a b16 and it looks like he just loosens his timing belt enough to get the cams off and out of the way.

I don't want to take the timing belt off if I don't need too but don't want to risk timing issues either. I had it replaced a few thousand miles back.

Can anyone clarify if this is possible or not and if so what and where is the 'maintenance' or 'adjusting' bolt he talks about in this tutorial? Also if the belt isn't wrapped around the cams won't it slip off the crank?

HOW TO: Install New Lost Motion Assemblies in a Vtec head (LMA) - Honda-Tech

Thanks in advance for any help!
