Icon2 Is my Lude nice? Help with what I should add/change PLZ!!

Hey guys I'm 16 and starting to get into cars a lot more. I have a 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH. It's a 5-speed. Do you guys think it looks pretty nice/cool? Here are some pics

What would you guys suggest I change or add? I am definitely getting new rims but idk if I should get black rims or white?? What would look good. And I want to paint my brake calipers red, how much would that be and where could I get that done? Thank you guys!!! All feedback and suggestions are awesome!

pretty clean and nice bro. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. You should keep it 100% factory stock and take care of it, that way if you decide to sell it, it will be worth more $$.

Re: Is my Lude nice? Help with what I should add/change PLZ!!

That's a nice looking lude right there. I'm not digging the side mirrors but to each his own. I like the stock mirrors. As mentioned by others, I wouldn't add any more to the exterior unless you wanted to add a lip kit or something. It's pretty clean. What does the engine bay look like? There is tons of room for upgrades and enhancements in there. Overall it comes down to what do you want out of your car? Right now it is super clean looking, but are you wanting to modify? or just keep it clean?

If you're getting into the car game in order to please others and to get positive opinions from complete strangers online..... you're gonna have a bad time

Off topic but.. thats a pretty nice welder in your garage, getting one of my own to do side work soon, probably going to be going with a miller or an esab. I work with fronius at my day job but those are $20k and made in austria... im looking to spend about 10% of that lol

I wasn't very specific but what I really wanted to know was if anyone could suggest some rims that might look good with my car. Like what color , size of rim, brand, etc (preferably on the cheaper side)

Go with stock mirrors, remove the garage door lip, and keep it stock (if it were up to me) Otherwise keep it stock and clean

Your car, so who cares what anyone else thinks?

I'm fond of the factory SH wheels.

That's 6 outta 6 for keep it as is...

My money rides on op putting cheap(read junky) wheels on, lowering springs and keeping those mirrors...
seems pretty certain he'll keep asking until somebody says what he wants to hear...
dam the fact that it's a pretty rare super nice, pratically unmolested example of the 5th gen prelude Type SH.

^^ I second that motion. U have a very clean set of rims that I would love to buy and I will, from someone local. Those are not winter rims, but it's your car. If u want rims. Go for it, 16" s IMO..

Confuscious say "man who go to bed with itchy butt wake up with stinky finga"

Meaning that when a buncha experts with heavily modified cars say swap those stupid mirrors but don't touch the rest, then swap those stupid mirrors, but don't touch the rest!

It's yer car dude. You do what you want. But the talley at Prelude zone is unanimous that you take care of that jewel, 'cept for those mirrors.
And it aint often members here decide unanimouly on anything...I think the last time it happened was a poll asking if the word Prelude should be used in the name of this forum.

I second everything everone else is saying.

keep the stock rims, swap out those mirrors for the original ones, and if it were me, i'd get rid of those yellow fogs for either clear or smoked lenses. the yellow ones always seemed too ricey for me.

Now would be a great time to buy jdm oem side folding mirrors to replace the current ones!

I'm looking forward to installing mine after my swap. (:
