Icon5 buying a new or used Bulkhead/Core Support/Radiator Support

hey guys, im torn between weather to buy a used or new core support. Now my friend who is going to do it for me says get the new one but i do not have the money for a new one, and also have the money to pay him as well. But If i were to get the used one I would be able to pay him. Would it be more work for a used one? or would it just fit perfectly and just needs to be welded on? its from a recycled 5th gen So I dont see why it wouldnt fit, and plus the used one comes with a 1 year warranty.

Here are the 2 I have found.

Used $129+Free Shipping
1997 Honda Prelude Radiator Support Assembly*1997 Honda Prelude*(Houston, Texas, 109-50734, Very Good, $129.00 )

New $315 total Its Highlighted because there is not a direct link.

No issue with used. All are welded at spotwelds so not a big deal. I plan to get a used one, and I'm one of the most ocd luders out there lol

Re: buying a new or used Bulkhead/Core Support/Radiator Support

^^ this guy uses a new crush washer every time he changes his oil. And he has an oil change reminder app on his phone, and checks the freshness date on new filters, and insists filter is stowed in a box made of recycled paper, and uses a torque wrench to thread on the filter.
Yeah he's ocd. So if he says used is ok...it's ok.

Eh, he's not really that bad aj...at least not for oil changes...but he is pretty meticulous about parts so like said before..used is ok...
