Re: rocker arm part number?

I'm guessing you mean Honda part# 14620-P5M-000? Should be the same on intake and exhaust sides, about $125 per cylinder per side. Should also fit any model 5th gen.

Which cams are they? Pro 1+, 2+, 3+? Even the 1+ is pretty hardcore without any supporting mods.

Cams shouldn't eat rockers that quickly though, but it does happen. Have the springs/retainers been upgraded to suit the cams? Was the ECU tuned to take these cams? Have the cams been correctly degreed? etc. etc.

Apparently the most common cause of premature rocker wear is insufficient lubrication from the engine oil (makes sense), what are you running? Since we didn't get roller rockers in the H-series they rely completely on lubrication to prevent wear. If this is only happening on on two cylinders then there could be a blocked oil passage causing issues too.

Re: rocker arm part number?

Only had the car 2 months. Drove it a total of a week before she died. Has upgraded springs and retainers, pro series 1 cam, adjustable cam gears, and intake manifold all skunk brand. When i bought it she was running a p28 tune ( i dont know by who ) but smelled very rich to me.

When i look at the intake side of the of the head cylinder 1 2 3 look perfect but 4 has tons of carbon build up. And why are the rockers just worn on the middle rocker ( vtec rocker? ).

Unknown what oil was run in the car prior to my ownership. Dude had receipts for all the head work and parts with boxes from some company jg. The heads stamped jg everywere.
