Exhaust Leak? Please Help

It's been a while since I've posted due to cellphone issues, so glad to be back for a bit.

I have 2 blue 'Ludes & I'm selling one due to financial issues. I've left the car sitting for 2 months with occasional start up. And I think it might have a leak somewhere in the exhaust. Why, I don't know.

It makes a weird, sort of hissing sound that looks like it's coming from the exhaust part in the picture. Please help me identify what it could be so that I can let the buyer know exactly what's wrong with it & negotiate a good price.

Thought of taking it to the mechanic, but not sure if he'll charge me for just looking at it.

Start your car, and put a rag over the tailpipe. If car bogs down it's likely a minor leak.
Remove the air cleaner to expose the throttle body suction point and pour a wee bit of tranny fluid in there. Or perhaps into your pcv hoseso it runs into the throttle body...just a spoonful will do. It'll enter the combustion chamber and cause a bunch of smoke. Won't harm anything. But that smoke will show you where your leak is.

Looks black at the bottom of the flange, probably a minor leak due to gasket deteriorating. Just unbolt, replace gasket should be okay after that.

Turns out the gaskets were in really bad shape to the point that they couldn't be unbolted & replaced (mostly due to rust).

I took my car to a muffler shop & they cut the flanges off & welded new pipe onto the exhaust. Tragic, I know, but it was either that or get a whole new exhaust. Selling the car tomorrow so no need for such an investment. Lowering the price so the buyer can eventually get a new exhaust.
