H22 Type-S (red top) IM/Header porting?

Hey guys! I had a quick query regarding the H22 Type-s. I installed one of these in an 00' civic a year ago. The engine came with an ATTS module which i scrapped. Anyhow, it dyno'd at 165 whp bone-stock. ECU chipping and a tune later it dyno'd at 181 whp. I only threw an intake and an exhaust on it + a b18c5 LSD.

my mechanic is recommending an IM/Header port + retune. The expected gains seem exaggerated so I figured I'd confirm with you guys before going for it. As per him I should be expecting a good 15 whp gain. He bases this on the last couple of cars they've ported the IM/Header on.

Regular H22, ported head + IM/Header porting = 198 whp. (claims the type-s already has a factory ported head so it should be putting down similar numbers after this exercise.

another h23 with h22 pistons + IM and header porting = 202 whp.

is this gain realistic? is it worth going for?

any insight/advice would be greatly appreciated.

people could just give you guesses what will happen. the only true way is to do it and go dyno and find out with real results
