Finding an affordable trunk?

Hey guys. I looked through all of the parts resources but I couldn't seem to find an affordable option for a replacement trunk lid (I don't need the spoiler, just needs to have the holes for the spoiler, or not, whatever). The one I have now has plenty of rust around the keyhole and I'd rather not have to deal with it. I'm painting my car so I just want to avoid having to do body work. I'm looking to spend around 200 at most, but the lower the better. I'm also in need of a hood (all of which are relatively cheap), but I'm considering a carbon fiber one. Where would you guys suggest looking for a used carbon fiber hood? Thanks in advance, if my budget isn't realistic please feel free to let me know.

Re: Finding an affordable trunk?

Prelude1897 has part outs but unless you are in texas the shipping will be ugly.

You might try car-part.com for a used one as well. Also check roadkillcustoms.com for junkyard listings in your home state.

Check out the for sale section here at pz as well.

Your best bet is finding one local. You get to inspect it in person vs. in pictures and it will be cheaper. Junkyards, craigslist and local part outs.
