1999 Prelude Headlight Assembly

I'm currently involved in some A/C work on my '99 Prelude. I need to replace the A/C accumulator, but in order to do that, I need the right front headlight assembly out of my way. I can access the inboard fastener with no problem; however, the outboard fastener for the headlight assembly appears to be somewhat problematic. All I can see is a "speednut" or "clipnut" with bolt threads running through it. The bolt appears to be installed from the inner fender panel and I haven't yet figured out how to access this fastener. I'm hoping my fellow Prelude enthusiasts can provide me with some guidance.

Thanks!
SilentRon

remove the front bumper cover, or find a friend with really tiny arms. I have a friend with really tiny arms.

Since I don't have tiny arms or a friend, I'll remove the bumper cover.

Thanks Ogs!
