VSS ecu fuse keeps blowing

Ive looked at possibly everything
I keep having this problem, and at first my foglight harness seemed to be the problem. But my speedometer is stuck at zero and the battery and brake light are dimmes. The seat belt and check engine light dnt turn on and when i put the fuse on and check for.codes i get the vss malfunction code and the both. O2 sensor codes. I have an aftermarket header with a "cel eliminator bung" on the test pipe. Also bought a new vss. Any tips?
