Stock Header hitting oil pan and will not go on the head.

I have a serious problem right now. My H22A4 motor blew, and I had to get another one. So i did. Its the same model, H22A4, with the oil pan off of my old H22 and for some reason the stock header is hitting the oil pan and not going on the head. Its like a centimeter off and it will not go on. Any ideas?

Install the header first.

Then install the down pipe.
